Does this sound familiar?
If you’re reading this, you might feel like you're constantly riding an emotional roller coaster.
You feel everything intensely: A minor inconvenience can ruin your entire day (or week), leaving you feeling overwhelmed or shut down.
Your relationships feel fragile: You struggle within your relationships. You tend to alternate between people-pleasing to keep the peace and snapping when you've finally had enough of ignoring your own needs.
You're tired of venting without change: You’ve tried talking it out with your go-to-people but you leave those conversations wishing you had concrete, actionable tools to use when the feeling actually hits.
You don’t need to stay on the emotional rollercoaster, let me help you get off.
Introducing the DBT Skills Summer Intensive Group
This isn't a passive webinar or course that you can access anytime. This is a structured, 6-week skills intensive group where you will learn all about Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and the main skill sets that cultivate mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness.
By the end of these 6 weeks, you will know how to slow down your emotional reactions, tolerate intense distress without making things worse, and communicate your needs without feeling guilt.
